[...] During the 2-day workshop on "Solution Focused Communication" held for all of the employees of the Outaouais Regional Directorate, managers, team-leaders, support staff, professionals, as well as audit technicians and information clerks, all learned how to improve their communication skills and acquired a deeper understanding of the enneagram.
