[...] I attended a conference given by Fletcher Peacock on the subject of “Solution Focused Communication.” So impressed was I that I invited him to present his message before the entire group of managers and school principals of the Harricana School Board for a one-day session, followed by an evening conference at which the parents of more than 300 students were in attendance.
His message was original, practical and easily accessible. He proved to have a solid pedagogical approach tinged with an easy and effective sense of humor. The comments from a range of ‘clients’ were full of praise and indicated an eagerness for another session [...].
